Returns & Replacements Policy

All purchases from this site are covered by our no quibble 7 day exchange or refund policy. The 7 days takes effect from the date of receipt of your purchase. Replacements can be requested for the same or equivalent amount also within this period.

Refunds will be issued upon return of undamaged goods within the 7 day period together with a completed refund form as supplied with your goods and for the full sale value of the item(s) less a handling fee of £6.95. Where a customer has paid an additional shipping cost, then a full refund for the purchase price will be issued.

Items to be returned or exchanged should be sent back (at the Customers' expense) in original condition and original packaging. No refunds will be allowed after this time, unless the goods are found to be faulty and at the discretion of the management.

We regret, Special Orders (alterations etc) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
